I gained like 5 pounds so I started watching what i eat much more and exercising harder. I uncover that sitting forward on my recumbent bike makes my heart beat faster trigger I can pedal faster without putting so a lot tension on the front portion on my thighs. But still my pants appear like they are getting harder to fit into around the waist even though i’ve started loosing. I wondered if perhaps sitting forward is working my lower abs more?
